What is your Cancellation Policy?

 All of our products are make-to-order items. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to make any changes. Please feel free to contact me, if you have any question, before you make any purchase. 

What is your Returns Policy?

  • My goal is a happy customer. If you are not satisfied with your items, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. I will be happy to work with you to make it right.

  • We do not accept returns unless there was a mistake on our part.

  • In the case of a return or exchange, all shipping costs are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself if you need to return any your unwanted item. 

  • No exchanges on “custom orders”.

  • Sale items are priced at a discounted rate there will be no refunds.

How does your Standard Delivery service work?

  • Your order will be shipped within 7-14 business days after receiving your payment (excluding custom orders). Custom orders will be ready to ship within 7-20 days for shipping. We will post your order as soon as it done. 

  • We shipping worldwide from Taiwan. We ship via registered mail service

  • We’ll email you a link to your tracking information for your parcel so you can follow its journey once your parcel has been shipped.

  • Delivery Times:

    Asia: 2~7 business days
    Europe: 10-20 business days 
    USA & Canada: 7-18 business days 
    Rest of the world: 10-30 business days 

How much does your shipping cost?

We charge base on the total item of your order. Shipping costs are calculated automatically at the checkout page.

 

International Delivery

  • Free shipping discount: When you order any 2 or more items

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Your tracking link will be able to provide up to date information on the status of your order.If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, just click here so we can help you further.

What If you've already placed an order with an incorrect shipping address?

The first thing you should contact us in 2 days after your purchase, to make sure we can send your order to the correct location.

If a package is returned to U'nido Design Studio due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the package is marked "unclaimed" the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. U'nido Design Studio is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. 
It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. To prevent delay or possibly even extra fee, please provide us with your correct and current address. If there is an address change while the package is on the route, we cannot take responsibility if the package is lost or if customs charges the customer an extra fee.  If you do use an incorrect address, and the package is returned to us, we will be more than happy to reship your order, once the package has been received in our hand.
